Market has been limited due to higher price, high weight, lower quality, out dated design. Non product diversification has so far been made. Lack of brand image. No dealers network for marketing. The traditional and obsolete technology leads to high cost of production, low productivity and low profitability. Machines, tools used here are all old and in a depreciated condition. Do not have any idea about quality control, design development and banking facilities. |
