Fire fighting measures are not taken by the most of the units. Upper management tasks are performed mostly by the owners of the firms who in most cases are not appropriately educated and trend because of limited vision and local supply. As raw materials are procured individually in the cluster, cost becomes high. No produce is exported as of now There are no networks in the cluster and there is a very weak association of the Principal stake holders in the cluster. |
