Declining ground water level is affecting rice growing (i.e.) paddy; farmers are preferring to commercial crops as Soyabean. Low wages is predominant character of the cluster. Low productivity and lack of technical support is the hurdle for the cluster and unable to meet market requirements. Lack of nodal agency support and unable to build the brand image though quality of the product is moderately good. |
