The testing of yarn/ fabric is carried out only in disputed matters only not for quality checking. Bhilwara is not connected with Air link due to which importer are reluctant to come here Design development at unit level is negligible The management / manager / staff of the units have not obtained training for the purpose. There is no processing facility for cotton fabric due to shortage of water in the cluster. The production cost of the cluster is higher as compared to other cluster due to higher power cost, difference in VAT on yarn etc. Presently no value added product is being manufactured in the cluster. |
